In 2011 the defendant drove a car without having driving license and fatally injured the victim who was on the roadway, then left the scene. At the time of the accident the car was removed from circulation by the competent authority. One of the witnesses at the scene said that before the accident he had asked two people to push his car because it wouldn’t start. That way, the victim came to be on the roadway and stopped on the road axis, at which time a bang could be heard and a vehicle traveling at great speed was observed hitting the victim and not stopping after the deadly impact. The defendant was sentenced to prison, being found guilty of offenses of manslaughter, driving an unregistered motor vehicle on public roads, driving a car with false license plates, leaving the scene of an accident and driving a car without holding a driving license.
